Refund and Cancellation

Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made with Digital Clink, founded by Roohi Fida. Digital Clink provides digital marketing consulting, performance marketing services, automation solutions, strategy sessions, workshops, and online education programs.

All operations and transactions are governed by the laws of India.


Nature of Services

Digital Clink primarily offers:

Digital marketing and business consulting services

Performance marketing and automation services

Strategy sessions and workshops

Online training, mentoring, and educational programs

Most services are delivered digitally and are time-bound, effort-based, and knowledge-driven.


Cancellations

Once a service, consultation, program, or digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or delivery has begun, cancellations are generally not permitted.

For one-time strategy sessions or consultations, rescheduling may be allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed service.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A refund request may be considered only if:

The request is made in writing within 48 hours of purchase, and

The service has not yet been initiated, accessed, or substantially delivered

No refunds shall be provided for:

Services already delivered or partially delivered

Completed or missed consulting or strategy sessions

Accessed digital content, recordings, or training material

Ongoing agency retainers or custom services

Delays or outcomes dependent on client implementation

Digital Clink does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.


Client Responsibility

For consulting, mentoring, or training programs, outcomes depend heavily on the client’s effort, execution, market conditions, and adherence to shared strategies or action plans.

Failure to implement recommendations, attend sessions, or follow agreed processes does not constitute grounds for a refund.


Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of Digital Clink after internal review. Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be deducted where applicable.
